Message	Not sure if you necessarily have to reach 70 or 80mph, but you wanna put a good load/strain on the engine..so short bursts throughout the RPMs are probably recommended, letting the engine do the braking, which again puts a load/pressure on the pistons/rings in reverse order. All this during the first 20-30 miles. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
